You and the property you represent will see a notable difference. You will feel as though you are our only customer and you have all of our resources at your fingertips 24/7 when you need them most!! During the winter months all we do is snow and ice management.
We staff our office 24 hours per day to monitor our own in-house state of the art weather management software, those employees are here to take immediate action in notifying our crew for any un-forecasted winter weather.
Your property will be one among a few which will have access to our fleet of 65 + pieces of snow equipment including Large airport-grade loaders, snowthrowers, and de-icing trucks. We also have multiple sidewalk shoveling crews and store our own liquid and solid de-icers directly from Morton Salt. We have our own mechanic's and facilities to maintain our own equipment 24 hours a day. Our newer clean and marked equipment along with our uniformed and educated staff will show the people who depend on your decisions that you are hiring professionals and you are serious about the safety and ability to keep your property open during the worst winter weather.
Communication is Key
Total service means you will have exclusive access to our hired meteorologist and meteorological reports through a dedicated area supervisor. We will also keep you informed of changing forecast and timelines and what we are doing to combat the weather on your property. When a storm has come in overnight, by 6 A.M. you will have an email summarizing what we have done and what we are planning for the remainder of the storm on your site. This will also contain the actual conditions. We will inform you of upcoming storms through email 24 hours prior to the event. We make sure you know at all times, what we know so you can relay the correct information to the people who trust and count on you. We know it's our job to make you look good through great service.
Total Protection
Your property will be protected through immediate service, equally important however is the data recorded on each visit to your property. This is logged on your invoice to back up your due diligence. You will also be provided with a meteorological report signed by a certified meteorologist explaining exactly what type of and when conditions occurred on your property. This meteorologist is capable of providing a professional testimony and will go to court for any case involving a slip and fall to help verify facts.
