Bark Mulch Installation
Bark mulch aids in keeping weeds down while beautifying your planting beds. We tend to sell more red hemlock, but color is only preference and has no impact on the landscape otherwise.
Fertilizer
We are fully licensed by the state to apply fertilizer and pesticides. Proper application of fertilizer and irrigation will make one of the most significant impacts on your turf and plants. J.C. Landscaping offers both traditional and organic lawn care programs. To get the most out of your landscape, we highly recommend that you add this to your package. Learn more about J.C. Weekly Mowing Service
This service includes mowing and trimming all turf areas. We will pick up light trash, and blow off all hard surfaces. We keep our equipment sharp and well maintained. Our employees are also always keeping an eye out for anything unusual or something that may be added to increase your landscapes potential and value.
Shrub Pruning
We will prune and keep your shrubs looking sharp and healthy once or twice a year.
Fall Cleanup
Our fall cleanup involves removing all leaves and sticks from your property and a final mowing to keep your grounds looking sharp over the winter months.
Irrigation Services
We can start up your system and check for any winter damage. We will set your clock and check all of your nozzles and overall coverage. In the fall we will shut down your backflow and blow all the water out of your lines. We also unplug the clock. We are fully equipped and staffed to maintain or install anything from a 1 zone system to a 150 zone system.
Aeration
This is great to do once a year; it helps your lawn breath and promotes growth. We recommend this to be done at the very least every other year.
Slice Seeding/Over Seeding
This is a great spring or fall add on right after either thatching or aerating in order to get the best value for your dollar. We recommend this to be done if your lawn is thin and fertilizer does not seem to be improving the conditions.
Seasonal Color
We can provide you with awesome floral displays to brighten up your property seasonally. We generally add seasonal color in late may, or early June and again in early fall.
Tree Pruning
We generally perform this service over the winter months when trees are in there dormant stage. Pruning deadwood, suckers, and just general shape and form will drastically increase the beauty and overall health of all the trees on your property.
